Unless your order arrives damaged during delivery, we're unable to accept any returns. For damaged products, refunds are acceptable 7 days from delivery date. Please select carefully as we cannot refund or exchange products if you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly through our website. Once orders are processed we fulfill them straight away so orders cannot be cancelled.

The standard flat rate shipping fee is $7.95 across Australia, with free shipping on all orders over $19.99 ($20 and up). At this time we do not ship our products overseas. You may find our overseas distributors here. Please allow extra lead time during Public Holidays.
In most cases, your goods will be dispatched on the next working day after you have placed your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be dispatched via registered parcel post. Please use the following as a guide:
- NSW Metro – 1-2 business days after order is dispatched
- NSW Regional – up to 5 - 8 business days after order is dispatched
- Metro – up to 3-6 business days after order is dispatched
- Regional – 6-10 business days after order is dispatched
