Shipping & Returns
In most cases, your goods will be dispatched on the next working day after you have placed your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be dispatched via registered parcel post. Please use the following as a guide:
- NSW Metro – 1-2 business days after order is dispatched
- NSW Regional – up to 5 business days after order is dispatched
Interstate (ex NSW warehouse):
- Metro – up to 3-6 business days after order is dispatched
- Regional – 6-10 business days after order is dispatched
Please note that the following locations within Australia are not available for the ‘delivery included’ pricing. Please contact Customer Service for alternative pricing:

If you require express postage, please contact Customer Service who will provide competitive postage rates.
FreshFood Services will accept returns in accordance with Australian law. The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product because it is faulty or it has been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 10 business days. We will attempt to have the product replaced without delay at no cost to you. Should this not be to your liking and you would prefer to have your purchase refunded, we would also be more than happy to accommodate.
All orders received are final and goods will be shipped as selected in our online shop. If an error has been made with dispatch of an order, please contact Customer Service. FreshFood Services will rectify the error by sending the correct product.

Errors and Omissions
FreshFood Services endeavors to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.
All prices are in Australia dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Coffee is a fresh perishable product therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. Once orders are processed we fulfill them straight away so orders cannot be cancelled. FreshFood Services does not refund or exchange coffee if ordered incorrectly through our website.
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services or purchase of any products provided by FreshFood Services are GST inclusive. FreshFood Services will issue a tax invoice for all purchases. GST means the Australian Goods and Services Tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the “Act”). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does amount to a major failure.
